  2. Adoption of the reviewed Financial Report / Audited Financial Report for the year ended 31 March 2025.
  3. Election of the President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary, and other elected members of the FLANZ executive.
  4. Appointment of the Auditor.
  5. Any other business.
