Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of FLANZ. The AGM will be held online via Zoom on Thursday, 19 June at 12:15. The agenda and meeting link will be circulated to FLANZ members ahead of the AGM.
Agenda
- Adoption of the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting of FLANZ.
- Adoption of the President’s Annual Report.
- Adoption of the reviewed Financial Report / Audited Financial Report for the year ended 31 March 2025.
- Election of the President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary, and other elected members of the FLANZ executive.
- Appointment of the Auditor.
- Any other business.
Supporting documents will be circulated prior to, and available at the meeting.
Call for nominations
FLANZ is calling for nominations for the following elected committee positions.
- President
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
We will also be electing members to be part of the Executive Committee, and call for nominations for these. We strongly encourage anyone working in this area to consider joining our Executive Committee.
The FLANZ Executive Committee page has detail about the executive function. Further detail will be provided as part of the nomination process. Please contact our current FLANZ secretary, Ralph Springett at secretary@flanz.org.nz to make your nominations. Ralph will guide you through the nomination process. Nominations must be with the Secretary by 12 June (7 days before the AGM). Nominations may be taken from the floor during the meeting if there are insufficient nominees for the vacancies.
