The 2024 FLANZ Conference will be welcoming Associate Professor Michael Cowling as a keynote. Michael has been an advocate for putting pedagogy before technology for over a decade. Now as President of ASCILITE he aligns this mantra with the continuing push for evolution in both Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) as well as evolving scholarly practice. Join us for this keynote as he explores the basis of scholarship and TEL, and how the complex but complementary relationship between the two can be reconciled. Michael will also talk briefly about his work with school students, and how this might inform our approaches to TEL in the future.
